1. Service Agreement

By booking any of our services, you acknowledge that Tyche Consultants provides professional guidance but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
All intellectual property shared during consultations remains the exclusive property of Tyche Consultants.
Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of bookingunless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or any approved online payment method.
Government taxes are applicable as per prevailing rates.

3. Confidentiality

All client information and discussions remain strictly confidential.
Tyche Consultants will not disclose client details without prior written consent, except where required by law.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Tyche Consultants provides advice and guidance based on industry best practices; however, we do not assume liability for business decisions or outcomes resulting from our consultation.
Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations at their discretion.

5. Force Majeure

Tyche Consultants shall not be liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, or governmental regulations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your Session, Retreat, Program, or Consulting Call, please inform us at least 7 days in advance so we can allocate your slot to someone else. Refunds will be processed within 10-12 working days to your bank account.

1. Non-Refundable Cases:

Last-minute bookings(made within 7 days of the event) are non-refundable.
No-shows for booked sessions will not be eligible for refunds.

2. Credit Transfer Option:

If you cancel 7 days in advance, you may opt to receive full creditinstead of a refund, valid for 6 months, which can be used for any other upcoming Services/program.
If you inform us less than 7 days in advance, only 30% of the amountwill be credited for future use (valid for 6 months).

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. Information Collection

We collect personal details(name, email, phone number) only for service fulfillment and communication purposes.
We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties without consent.

2. Data Security

We implement strict security measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access.
However, we are not liable for breaches beyond our reasonable control (e.g., cyberattacks).

3. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use cookies to enhance user experience and track website performance. You can modify your browser settings to disable cookies.

4. Compliance & Accessibility

We comply with relevant data protection laws, including GDPR and the IT Act in India.
Clients can request to update or delete their data from our records.

Testimonial Disclaimer

Testimonials are submitted in various formats (text, audio, video) and reviewed before posting. Only minor grammatical or typographical corrections may be made.

2. No Guarantees

Testimonials should not be seen as a guarantee of specific results. Individual outcomes depend on multiple factors, including commitment and execution.

3. Usage Rights

By submitting a testimonial, you grant Tyche Consultants the right to use it on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

4. No Compensation

Testimonials are voluntary and unpaid. No user has been financially compensated for their review.

Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials, templates, and resources shared during our programs are the exclusive property of Tyche Consultants.
Clients may use these materials only for personal or internal business purposes. Reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, clients are encouraged to reach out for an amicable resolution via email or phone.
If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration as per Indian legal frameworks.

Code of Conduct

Tyche Consultants maintains a professional and respectful work environment. We expect all clients to adhere to the following guidelines:

Respectful Interaction: Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
Punctuality: Clients must arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.
Commitment to Learning: Active participation and an open mindset are encouraged to maximize results from our programs.

Tyche Consultants reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who violate these policies.
