I have been a Probationary officer in SBI where the success rate was 0.1% among more than 15 Lakh candidates. For the interview I reached out to Ulka. She pointed out key personality traits that I must ensure shine through. Also the emotional aspects of how a stress interview could be handled among other things were discussed. It held me in good stead during the interview. This learning I also carried with me for the UPSC interview. She recognizes any barriers that may be hindering personal development. She skillfully leverages her wide international experience, applying advanced frameworks to bring about permanent change. Her understanding about Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence is astonishing.
